From 25 September 2025, customers can download a proof of benefit letter to their personal devices by going to Get proof of your benefits and State Pension – GOV.UK. Customers in receipt of any of the benefits below can request one or multiple letters in a single action.

- Jobseekers Allowance (JSA)
- Income Support (IS)
- Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
- Disability Living Allowance (DLA) (except DLA Child)
- Disability Living Allowance 65+ (DLA 65+)
- State Pension (SP)
- Pension Credit (PC)
- Attendance Allowance (AA)
